Q: How Do I Send e-mail?
A: Netscan UK has nothing to do with actually sending e-mail. This is done by your present ISP from their SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol) server). However, if you decide to use POP e-mail as your main system, you can configure your POP client such as Eudora, Microsoft or Netscape to send e-mail from any name you choose (although it still sends it via your existing ISP's SMTP server). So with the right software (we recommend Eudora), you can both send AND receive e-mail using the same alias ie "sales@yourco.com" for instance.
