Q: How do I get my Access Log?
A: Basic log information can be found in the file "Access"  in the directory "Logs" which resides in your Web Site home directory, accessible by FTP. Every Netscan UK Web Hosting customer has their own web statistics analysis package. To access your web statistics package please go to http://www.abc.com/webstat (substituting abc.com for your own domain).
You may password protect your /webstat directory in the DIRECTORIES section of your Control Panel. Once you have pressed login you will see a full set of statistics, including hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly page requests etc. etc.
Please remember that your log file can get quite large quite quickly. This file size is set against your overall package quota. One way round this is to go to your web statistics page regularly and save the page to your local computer and then use the facility on that page to clear (or purge) you logs.
